Everyday, every hour, every minute, I’m thinking about food; what I’ve eaten, what I’m not going to eat, the weight I have to lose, etc. I tend to go for a a day or two from binging, lose a pound or two, then binge all over again. Yes, I know that being an athlete that involves weight classes and having an eating disorder isn’t the best thing, but right now, wrestling is the only thing that keeps me from becoming entirely fat and binging all day. I need help. I don’t want to live with this ED anymore.

Ugh I had a zooper dooper cause it’s hot, waaaaaaahhhhh it’s 53 calories. Grilled chicken and steamed vegetables for dinner, then only water until I wake up tomorrow morning!
